Sock drainage tile injected to exact grade elevations using slit trencher without damaging underground sprinkler system.

Home plate leveled with our custom designed zero-turn automated grader.

Rough grading complete and ready for final finish grade.

Underground work completed and field ready for topsoil.

Final finish grade applied to within 1 mm accuracy for positive surface drainage.

Problem: Outfield did not have positive surface drainage. Field held water and hindered play.

Field drill seeded with Athletic Turf Mix.

The day after the torrential rains. No washouts or water pockets. Surface drainage worked as designed.

2 days later...torrential heavy rains. Over 3 inches of rainfall.

The rough grading begins....

Mid-October 2013 - 4 months after construction began.

July 31, 2013 - Project completed.

Disc harrow used to break up vegetation and heavy clay soil.

Over 1200 tons of sandy loam topsoil delivered.

Mid-June 2013

All vegetation outside of infield sprayed.

More topsoil...more grading...
